Luxury stay at itc gardenia, nice pool, superb food at specialty restaurants. They need to improve on service and breakf
Hotel is well appointed, situated at a convenient location. The entrance lobby is grand and makes superb use of Bangalore’s abundant natural air. Food offered in Room service, albeit slow, was delicious.
Breakfast spread and taste was mediocre. Staff was shouting in the kitchen which could easily be heard by guests seated for breakfast. Found this highly unprofessional. Most request calls on ‘Welcome Assistance’ took unreasonably long to be attended to. Like, the luggage was sent to room only after three reminders.
